Central Floral Supply

I first ended up here while on a mission to figure out where to buy rolls of the iconic “Say It With Flowers” paper that’s used to wrap bodega flowers. Central Floral Supply is where I finally succeed — with flying colors, too, because they sell it in all 5 available colors, made by a printer in New Jersey. Nelson, the owner, is an old-school guy and deals mostly to trade folks who need baskets in bulk, vases by the dozen and colorful cellophane, but normal people should come here for boxes of locally made, no-frills Patrician taper candles, a rainbow of satin ribbon rolls, and, if you’re so inclined, a roll of “Say It With Flowers” paper.
