If there was ever a shop for the person who has everything, Creel & Gow is that shop. A visit to this discreet storefront opens up a world that may make you feel like you’re entering an eccentric collector’s personal museum. An articulated blue lobster shell hangs in a glass vitrine, there are hinged boxes carved entirely from bright blue lapis, as well as taxidermy and sea shells dipped in silver. It’s a surprisingly friendly place, and they sell something for everyone: a lovely, life-like pewter cast wishbone comes nestled in a little box for a mere $20.
