Clark Chung’s shop fits into any number of categories, but what I love it for most are the home goods. Clark’s taste is rugged, but gentle — quirky, but without even a twinge of kitsch. Bordallo Pinheiro food-shaped ceramics, patchwork quilts, speckled Japanese glass, and minimalist hand-turned wooden bowls adorn the rustic fixtures here. You’ll also find a small section of beautiful children’s things, french hand creams, Japanese bath products, carefully sourced vintage womenswear, and the Mr. Chung house brand of candles, incense, and socks.
