NY Cake

Even if you’re not a baker, you’re sure to walk through NY Cake slack-jawed at the specificity of the items for sale. Over 100 types of edible glitter satisfyingly organized by color, baking pans in every shape and size, retail packaging for pastries, candy melts in every flavor and color that exists, tiny shaped candies and sprinkles, and life-like sugar flowers for cake decorating. It’s a pastry chef’s paradise, but for those of us who don’t know the first thing about baking, there’s an on-premises school with a full roster of classes for all skill levels.
