When I first told an older gentleman friend of mine about this guide book the first thing he said was “Do you know Pasteur Pharmacy?.” While Pasteur looks like your average charm-filled uptown pharmacy, they actually specialize in old-school shaving products. All types of shave soaps, handmade brushes, blades, and aftershave products are for sale here, many of which are made exclusively for Pasteur. They even host an annual Oktobershave Meet-Up where shaving enthusiasts gather to share their mutual interest in niche shaving goods. Even if you have no use for these sorts of things, visit to marvel at the packaging design found on these jam-packed shelves.
