Spoiled Brats is a very good shop catering to mostly dogs (and a little to cats), with a delightfully sassy name. Is that why I initially visited? Maybe. That, and because the front window is stuffed with plush dogs and lit by particularly wild neon signage. Design choices aside, you’ll find an unbelievable selection of harnesses, toys, treats, food and specialty items here. It’s a one-stop-shop for dog things that’s also conveniently close to Central Park.
